Who we're looking for
We are looking for a Founding Engineer to build core parts of our product with us.
As a DNA hire, you are defined more by mindset than by title. You bring founder-level drive, adaptability and ownership, and you are excited to build in a fast-paced environment. Your eyes should light up when you read this sentence.
You will own key parts of the product full-stack, building reliable technology that users love and that makes them radically more efficient.
What you'll do

Own the core
Personally design, build and maintain the most critical parts of our product, transforming complex technical challenges into elegant, clean architecture.

Optimize the AI engine
Rigorously evaluate, benchmark and fine-tune our AI capabilities, so our core AI functions deliver maximum domain accuracy with exactly the right context.
- 03
Drive frontier experimentation
Stay on top of the latest model releases, frameworks and agentic techniques, test promising approaches in production and ship them the same day.
