From 6 to 9 October, we joined the FIATA World Congress in Milan, bringing together freight forwarders and logistics professionals from around the world.
Over three days, we had the chance to meet people from across the industry, exchange perspectives on the future of freight forwarding and discuss the growing role of AI in logistics.
At nemox, we build the AI-native operating layer for air and ocean freight forwarders. Our goal is to take repetitive inbox work off forwarding teams, from handling rate requests and preparing quotes to processing documents, while keeping people in control of their workflows.
Conversations at FIATA reinforced how important it is to build technology around the realities of freight forwarding. Every company has its own processes, customer relationships and ways of working. AI needs to fit into these workflows, not force teams to change the way they operate.
A big thank you to everyone who took the time to meet with us and share their perspectives. We look forward to continuing the conversations and working together to shape the future of freight forwarding.
