Do I need an account?

No password needed. You sign in with your work email address, using a 6-digit code.

How do I get access to a forwarder?

Each forwarder approves you as a client once. Your assistant asks them for you; after that you can request quotes and book.

Who sees my request?

Only the forwarders you ask.

Can I ask several forwarders?

Yes, all at once, and you see their offers side by side.

What does it cost?

Nothing for you. Your forwarder quotes as usual.

Which forwarders are on nemox?

We are building a network of freight forwarders, today mostly in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, South Africa and the UK. Want to reach your own forwarder through nemox? Introduce us, and we set it up for both sides.

Can our own AI agents connect?

Yes, with the same address. Each agent is approved once, so that every request comes with real buying intent. After that, your agents can request quotes and book on their own.

Can I book through my assistant?

Your assistant asks you to confirm, and your forwarder then confirms the shipment.

Using Claude Team or Enterprise?

An Owner may need to add nemox first under Organization settings → Connectors.
