Quote in 3 seconds, not 3 minutes
nemox reads the RFQ, pulls rates from your rate sheets and live platforms, calculates your margin, drafts the reply and follows up.

nemox answers quote requests, sets up export and import shipments and checks carrier invoices. Inside Outlook or Gmail, connected to your TMS.

nemox reads the RFQ, pulls rates from your rate sheets and live platforms, calculates your margin, drafts the reply and follows up.
A booking comes in, nemox creates the shipment in your TMS, generates the AWB, prepares pre-alerts and documents, requests anything missing and lets you book the carrier in one click.
A pre-alert arrives, nemox extracts every detail, prepares the documents and keeps you in the loop.
A carrier invoice arrives, nemox extracts every line item, matches it against the shipment in your TMS and flags any discrepancy.

From the sources a forwarder already uses: the live rate platforms the team is connected to, its own rate sheets and allotments. Rate sheets sent to nemox by email are live within hours. Where no rate exists online, nemox asks the agents and truckers directly.
Yes. Agents and truckers are set up once, grouped by station or specialty. One click sends each of them an individual, pre-written request from the team’s own mailbox. Their replies are read and placed into the right leg of the quote.
nemox reads each request and its attachments in the background, so the quote is ready when the email is opened. Mailbox access is limited to exactly the mailboxes that are released for it. Without any mailbox access, requests can be forwarded to a dedicated nemox address instead.
No. nemox drafts, the team reviews and sends. Nothing is sent to a customer or written to the TMS without a click, and every step is logged with the person who confirmed it. Fully automatic replies are optional, and only for the shipment types and weight bands the forwarder chooses.
nemox works with CargoWise, Riege Scope, CargoSoft, CarLo and FM3, among others. Other systems are connected through an adapter per TMS: nemox reads shipments and master data and writes accepted quotes and shipments back, with changes syncing both ways. The fields are agreed with the team before go-live. On the email side, Outlook desktop, Outlook on the web and Gmail all work.
Yes. Profit categories are set per customer, and nemox applies them as soon as it recognises the sender. Special charges, Incoterms and quote currency can be set per customer too. Every quote stays editable before it goes out.
Yes. All branches work in the same system, with the same rate sheets, agent groups and margin rules. A customer is quoted the same way at every location, and a strong agent network built up by one branch is available to all of them. Where branches work differently, for example on approvals in accounting, rules can be set per branch. Quotes go out in each customer’s currency, at daily exchange rates.
nemox recognises dangerous goods in the request and its documents and only pulls rates that accept them. Oversized cargo is flagged, with the aircraft types that can take it. Rules for special cargo, such as fixed flights for urgent parts, are set up during onboarding.
nemox tracks every quote: the status is set by hand, or nemox detects it from the customer’s reply. Won, lost and expired quotes sit in one overview, with analytics per customer such as requests, win rate and churn.
The technical setup takes 2–3 days. nemox needs the rate sheets, access to the rate platforms in use, the quote templates and a TMS user. IT gets a setup guide with screenshots. How fast a team goes live depends mostly on how quickly those arrive.
Not per seat and not per click. A base fee includes a set volume, then billing is per unit of work nemox does, such as a quote placed or an invoice checked. A quote counts once, however often it is regenerated. Most teams start with quoting and add more later. The price for a given volume is worked out in the demo.
Only the forwarder’s own team and the nemox staff who support it. Data is hosted in the EU, processed only by EU sub-processors and never used to train AI models. We are GDPR compliant and already operate to the ISO 27001 standard.
